Roberta is a dual-licensed mental health and addiction professional counselor with over 18 years of experience working with diverse populations in a variety of clinical settings. This included her role as an adolescent program coordinator for over eight years, where she also worked directly with teenagers referred by the juvenile justice system. She has many years of experience in university settings, teaching, providing nationwide professional workshops, program development, and as a direct clinical supervisor to both graduate students and post-master’s individuals pursuing full state licensure.
She recently received her Ph.D. in Counseling from Oregon State University, where her emphasis of research was on Corpus Linguistics and building the therapeutic alliance.
