At Sano Counseling Center, we currently offer four therapy groups. Group fees are collected on a monthly basis. Your self-investment is $225 per month.

This group is designed for men who struggle with sexual compulsion problems. It is a therapy group that uses focal conflict theory while integrating mindfulness-based intervention to help its members improve relationships with significant people in their lives and manage their addictive disorder. This group provides a safe, confidential, and shame-free environment for men to share their struggles – and successes – with other men going through similar difficulties. Members will learn accountability to self and others, gain support to work a recovery program, receive insights into past trauma and pain, have opportunities to share their story, and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle.
The hardest part of becoming unstuck is reaching out to other people for help. Some women understand, relate, and can help guide you toward the process of healing and growth. Begin working with other women in a safe and trusting therapeutic environment and start empowering yourself now. This group is a process group utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and focal conflict theory. Margaret Guzman, AMFT, facilitates this group.
Healing is not a linear journey. Sometimes it can feel like a labyrinth that never ends. At Sano, we are here to walk the healing path with you, navigating all that life throws at us as a friend who cares. We will meet you where you are with acceptance, not judgment, and see you through until your time in therapy comes to an end.
