Sano Counseling Announces New Couples Weekend Workshop
At Sano Counseling, we believe that meaningful relationships require intention, care, and ongoing support.
That’s why we’re excited to announce our newest offering: the Couples Weekend Workshop, an immersive two-day experience designed to help partners reconnect, strengthen communication, and grow closer—emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Whether you’re facing challenges in your relationship or simply want to reinforce your bond, this workshop is for you.
Backed by the evidence-based Gottman Method and led by experienced clinicians, our weekend intensive gives couples the tools, insights, and safe space to build a stronger partnership.
Why We’re Launching the Couples Weekend Workshop
Over the years, we’ve worked with hundreds of couples navigating relationship difficulties—from communication breakdowns and parenting stress to infidelity, intimacy struggles, and trust issues.
Many share the same desire: to feel truly heard, supported, and emotionally safe with their partner again.
But we also know that not everyone is ready—or able—to commit to weekly therapy sessions right away. Some need a jumpstart. Others want a space to focus deeply, without the interruptions of everyday life.
That’s why we created this weekend workshop.
It’s a structured, hands-on, and deeply impactful program designed to accelerate healing and spark meaningful change.
What You Can Expect from the Workshop
Our Couples Weekend Workshop combines research-backed relationship tools, guided practice, and private reflection time.
The curriculum is rooted in the Gottman Method, one of the most respected approaches to relationship therapy, known for its emphasis on emotional attunement, trust-building, and positive conflict resolution.
Over the course of the weekend, couples will:
- Rebuild emotional connection by identifying and removing barriers to intimacy
- Learn communication techniques that foster openness and empathy
- Practice managing conflict in a way that reduces blame and resentment
- Explore shared values and dreams to reignite partnership purpose
- Create an action plan for sustaining growth and connection beyond the workshop
You won’t be put on the spot. You won’t be asked to share personal stories in front of a group. This is a confidential and supportive environment where you and your partner work together, guided by our expert facilitator.

This workshop isn’t just an event. It’s an investment in your shared future.
