Some of the benefits of group therapy classes include:
- Providing you with a sounding board
- Providing support in times of need
- Promoting your social skills
- Teaching you about yourself
- Encouraging you in a forward motion
- Less costly alternative to individual counseling

Here is a list of our current group therapy sessions:
Men’s Sexual Addiction Process Group LA | Wednesdays, 7 pm – 8:30 pm, Currently offered on Zoom
The LA men’s sexual addiction group provides a safe, confidential, and shame-free environment for men to share their struggles – and successes – with other men going through similar difficulties. Members will learn accountability to self and others, gain support to work a recovery program, receive insights into past trauma and pain, have opportunities to share their story, and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. Kevin Simms, LCSW, CDAC-II facilitates this group.
Men’s Sexual Addiction Process Group Long Beach | Wednesdays, 6:30 pm – 8 pm, Currently offered on Zoom
This group is designed for men who struggle with sexual compulsion problems. This group is not a support group. It is a therapy group that uses focal conflict theory while integrating mindfulness-based intervention to help its members improve relationships with significant people in their lives and manage their addictive disorder. Christy Cosper, LMFT, CSAT-S facilitates this group.
Women’s Empowerment Group | Saturdays, 10:30 am – 12 pm, Currently offered on Zoom
The hardest part of becoming unstuck is reaching out to other people for help. Some women understand, relate, and help start you on the process of healing and growth. Begin working with other women in a safe and trusting therapeutic environment and start empowering yourself now. This group is a process group utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and focal conflict theory. Josie Myles, LMFT, facilitates this group.
