The friend who can be silent with us in a moment of despair or confusion, who can stay with us in an hour of grief and bereavement, who can tolerate not knowing… not healing, not curing… that is a friend who cares.
The word “sano” means “healthy, whole, active, or vigorous” in Latin. This is what we want for all of our patients and employees: to lead healthy, whole, active, and vigorous lives. We empower you to build skills and deepen your connection with yourself and others in order to “Sano-fy” your life! Sano Counseling Center will help you thrive.
Healing is not a linear journey, sometimes it can feel like a labyrinth that never ends. At Sano, we are here to walk the healing path with you, navigating all that life throws at us as a friend who cares. We will meet you where you are with acceptance, not judgment, and see you through until your time in therapy comes to an end.
Sano Counseling Center has offices in Long Beach, West LA, Pasadena, and Irvine, and we have been proudly serving Southern California since February of 2020. Formerly known as Sano Center for Recovery, we transitioned this year in order to focus more closely on existing patients, and broaden our offerings from an Addiction Disorder-focused center. We now proudly take on patients dealing with a wide-range of issues, related or unrelated to addiction.
